Requisitos: Experience and Education Requirements:
· Technical background (Engineer in Organization, Architect or similar).
· 3 years of experience in marketing, sales or loyalty programs.
· Ability to understand and implement normative, technical and quality requirements ( ISO).
· Customer orientation/mindset.
· Excellent skills in interpersonal relationships, communications and teamwork.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with key committees, players and groups for technical questions and training sessions.
· Demonstrates the ability to interpret data results and to articulate financial rationale for key decisions.
· Must have analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills. Advanced experience with MS Excel is preferred.
· Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately.
· Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
